Manager is awful

Pros

Culture is great , Free coffee + machine, Bonus were good, assistant manger was awesome

Cons

Manager was erratic and manipulative, did nothing to contribute to staff(in all areas), treated employees with no respect, belittled employees, talked bad about employees(current and former)openly, called out often or would show up hours late, no communication, high turn over rate, several people resigned quickly, very toxic among coworkers, no work life balance( you work every Saturday and Sunday)
