      Most of the positions allow you to be close to the management. The company truly values every employee from what I have seen.

      Cons

      For the past few years, you ca feeling a Nestlization that doesn't seem to fit with Nespresso. New opportunities are scarce.

      Great benefits for full-time employees including 401K matching, provided uniforms and dry-cleaning Rapidly growing company amazing coworkers opportunity to work with a very diverse group

      Cons

      room for growth is limited in retail area often managers are overworked and overstressed while retail employees are kept at part-time hours

      Great co-workers and clientele is a pleasure to serve. A product that one can promote feeling good about the quality and the company's sustainability policies.

      Cons

      As with most retail positions the schedule is constantly changing so it is hard to plan one's non-work time more than a week in advance.
