Pros

Companies values are excellent pay is good perks are good Free coffee

Cons

You are a slave to who is your direct superior, if you gel you’ll have a great time, if you don’t you could have an awful time. The demands on this role are exceedingly high and are the same of a store manager at a smaller business

Pros

Free coffee and a discount

Cons

Management acted like the mean girls of high school, they bullied staff and created a very toxic environment trying to pit staff against each other for no reasons other than their own entertainment maybe? They hired their friends then gave them the most hours over everyone else who had much more seniority, they kicked out a supervisor because they didn’t agree with a minor decision they had made. They also refused to get proper uniforms for anyone who was plus sized and told them to go buy their own pieces that matched exactly (and no, they would not reimburse you). If you happened to be chosen as someone they liked (usually done by going out partying and drinking with them) then it could be a semi decent place to work, but if you were unlucky enough to not be in the clique it was a living hell.
