Hello – Thank you for your review and your comments. We are happy you are enjoying all the perks we have to offer to our employees. We are striving to bring new product to market. In 2015, we launched 13 new coffees and new machines such as VL Evoluo and OL Latissima Touch. In 2016, we are planning to launch 9 new coffees and just launched OL Prodigio machine. At Nespresso, we believe innovation is at the heart of what we do. In terms of internal communication, we are publishing a great deal of content on the Employee Portal including monthly sales dashboard, communications about business initiatives, and people announcements. We also share a lot of information through our weekly newsletters, which Boutique Specialists receive in a printed format. We recognize that we still have some opportunity and are working in 2016 to enhance the communication across the company including the retail organization. Thank you for your feedback. Pros

The amount of pay for the job that is needed is really good. You receive quarterly bonuses for how well you do in sales however, you're not obligated to do really well in sales, just sell. The product is top class and they stand behind their coffee 100%. The company does care about the employee so long as you don't make too many waves or disagree too much. If you are not doing well in sales they will coach you and help you meet your goals as long as you try. Free coffee!

Cons

There are too many chiefs and not enough people making real change to resolve the problems they have. The website doesn't work the way it should, the system is archaic and have a marketing team that is as knowledgable as a pack of kindergarteners on how to effectively promote or execute a promotion. There are managers that have one person under them and really take up space or are redundant. The quarterly bonuses are not paid out in a separate check so 70% of it gets taken away in taxes.

Pros

-Benefits -Good base salary -Room for Growth

Cons

-They believe this is your career, not just a transitional position. -The customers are very often difficult to deal with. -You feel stuck and depressed. -The upper management act like they are Gods, but they need a reality check because they work in retail.
