Pros

I worked with a great team and overall you get great benefits (free machine yearly, coffee credit, lifestyle benefits, PTO, etc.). My manager was very flexible with my hours because of my position (PT flex). The location was also fairly small and crowds would come in waves, so it was never truly overwhelming and there would be some down time.

Cons

Communication between upper management and boutique locations would sometimes be difficult, as promotions and new policies were constantly being changed. Some of the customers were also hard to deal with and would make returns, refunds, or other interactions very frustrating.
