Was great then went downhill

Fair pay employer, Great brand,

Cons

Discriminatory towards minority groups. Not LGBT+ or Singles friendly. Benefits are heavily tilted towards couple with children. Experience with SG Local HR is terrible. To survive here you have to be mute and let the wave bring you, don’t try to ride the wave. During last CEO coffee talk visit, we were told not to attend. Was it to prevent us from speaking up? When is the last time you have had an employee satisfaction survey? Don’t ask me to speak to my line managers or HR. They are most often the root of the problem.
