      Management made it unbearable

      Pros

      The job itself isn't difficult and you have many supports from Team Leads and fellow Coffee Specialists. You work toward a goal (ABV - Average Basket Value), however, everyone has to do well in order to get a decent bonus. This forces a team mentality and kindness among specialists. Those that are caddy or unkind get pushed out pretty quickly. Bonus is usually the size of your average pay check, you get one every quarter. You also get a monthly credit to buy products, coffee, accessories or machines with. You get a free machine when you start, too.

      Cons

      Company will take your bonus and coffee credit if you quit before receiving. Management - Manager and Assistant Manager - are paid and treated differently from Team Leads and below, this creates a rift between you and them. Management will treat you like a robot, even when you do well, it will never be good enough. If you reach goals, they will ask you "what could you do more/better?" They expect ABV to maintain high and to never dip. They also expect your life to not affect you at work or your schedule. Management will tell you to quit if you can't fit in these boxes.
