Mission of the company was highly credible.

Cons

Operations and Customer Service were a disaster. Customers were unhappy. Employees were unhappy and non-supportive of each other. No one trusted the management of the company. New ideas were ignored.

Pros

There is a decent amount of time off right from the start. There are some amazing people within the organization. The benefits package has multiple options. The safety training you receive is continuous, and top notch.

Cons

Upper management sometimes seems disconnected from some facets of the business. The cost amount of the benefits can feel heavy. For the size and vast differences in department functions, the IT unit seems to struggle with keeping up with demands and the needs of the organization, including systems with DOS base still in operation, which can lead to some headaches in getting work done. Payroll and deduction errors are common.

In the old days before they took away many of the benefits and became mean and crazy they were okay to work for.

Cons

The people running this place are greedy. Fired almost the entire staff when I worked here. Targeted African Americans and the over forty crowd. Forced donation by staff and turned around and gave themselves huge bonuses.
