Very supportive HR and managers. Friendly folks to work with. Depends on the department, you may get flexible hours, great work/life balance. Lots of training, fun events, and free lunches. There are ppl working here for over 40years. That tells something.

Even though they claim to this company does not promote from within. So if you like to stay in one job for your entire career this is the place. If you have any ambition what so ever, look elsewhere. They tend to celebrate mediocre employees and show No appreciation for above average workers. An atmosphere of Mad Men Chauvinism thrive in some departments.
