Cons

The CEO is toxic as are the one level down enablers. Micro managing, poor leadership and abusive behavior to employees. There is also a lack of experience, credentials and education in safety in most levels of management and almost the entire C-Suite including the CEO, COO and Workplace Strategy leaders who lack experience to lead safety. The Board is disengaged as volunteers and will not act. For your safety, stay away.

The CFO over heard a group in Accounting talking negatively about former President Trump. The CFO said he won’t have any Liberal’s working for him and fired the entire department. Many of these people worked here for over ten years and were fired without severance.

Cons

Lousy pay, horrible upper management that only cares about their bonuses. This place needs to be shut down.
