The CEO is toxic as are the one level down enablers. Micro managing, poor leadership and abusive behavior to employees. There is also a lack of experience, credentials and education in safety in most levels of management and almost the entire C-Suite including the CEO, COO and Workplace Strategy leaders who lack experience to lead safety.
