Weak management with a fragile ego. Very old type of leadership not suitable for current world

Pros

Some of their agricultural programs are good. The way they manage these programs is questionable though. Because of incompetent management, lot of money is thrown away.

Cons

In the name of leadership skills, they play with people's lives. Street smart attitude is preferred instead of an educated employee base. Company struggling to survive making employee's lives miserable.

Very family oriented; opportunities to grow and develop professionally; passionate workforce that is committed to agricultural education, student leadership, personal growth, and career success.

Cons

Sometimes there is a breakdown of communication between senior management and the program leader. There appears to be a lack of focus and vision for new project ideas.
