Great place to work. Work-Life balance is great. Clear strategic plan. Mission based organization. Very rewarding. Wonderful people to work with.

Cons

I can't really think of any. It is a non-profit...so there are always some issues you can expect that might not be an issue at a for-profit organization.

Leaders know where we are headed. There is a clear vision for the future and that vision is communicated regularly to staff.

Cons

Still lacking some diversity in management and program staff. Needs to be more focused on recruiting a diverse staff.
