Pros

NVIDIA indeed are doing some cutting-edge development for GPU. The pay is not bad, although no 401k is matched for employees.

Cons

They usually stay late in the night. I don't think I can achieve a good balance between life and work.

Pros

The compensation was good for an internship. I had a good mentoring relationship which allowed me to learn everything I needed to in order to get my job done. I felt that both my team and the larger group were close and got along well. I felt proud working there and believed that NVIDIA was a major player in the future of computing. I loved the cafe.

Cons

As a hardware company, the software development processes need work. Good documentation was hard to find. It often existed only in the heads of some employees, which perhaps contributed to the closeness of my team.
