      No rewards for good performance

      Pros

      Good Technical experience. Get to work on lot of tapeouts. Reward for good work is more challenging work.

      Cons

      Compensation not that great. Have to work 24x7. Apathy by middle management towards employees. Explotation is rampant.

      Pros

      Very smart, talented and motivated engineers and managers. High energy workplace. Emphasis on intellectual honesty. Ready to admit mistakes and address them.

      Cons

      No help with individual development. Limited career growth. Impersonal culture.

      Pros

      The way the company makes money is very healthy, and the directions the company is heading are promissing. To fill the 20-words requirement, I can add that the CEO seems to be a nice and friendly person.

      Cons

      Career development seems to be blocked by managements in a carefully coordinated way. It is hard to break through barriers. Teams have odd roles.
