Good pay. Good Yearly increment. Good performance bonuses.

Cons

No work life balance. Workload is wayyyyyyy too high. Paperworks matters more than how you educate children. (Eg. Even if your children are taught well, but you don’t have paperworks to back it up = you didn’t teach your children well)
