interview process, hr is nice.. principal also nice.. treats you nicely.. good career progression and cute kids! Also sponsorship to study. Good salary. Working hours 730-430/8-530/9-6pm benefits great
Cons
Mostly everything good except some of the teachers (mainly foreigners eg Pinoys) they treat the children badly, but superiors dont even notice. Racism happens here, bad attitude of teachers-they keep complaining of the work load and how the P push to work but to me its a good career opportunity & sad because higher management r really too nice to the workers that they take advantage of them. Really hate how these teachers treat the kids and so I left because I dont want my kids to be treated that way and I dont want to work with the nasty people.
