Many insightful opportunities to learn and grow. Many projects to take charge of especially when you work in mega centres.

Cons

Many works to take home, lack of work life balance, management and upper ground staffs are normally not aware of lower ground staffs’s need for support. Always directing it to lack of budget and resources to hire more Teachers.
