$5 GP visits Good colleagues Good training and keeping in tune to recent EC updates.

Cons

Long queue for GP visits If you don't have a good boss, good luck to you. Everything slows down. No progression in career and huge blow on mental health. Management also does not care about problems regarding your boss. So... Good luck.
