      They have won many awards for HR practices.

      Cons

      Management are old and primitive. Alot of micro-managing and management by fear. Work processes are not streamlined Alot of unnecessary work. Job scope is unrealistic. Last minute deadlines and overworking employees. You will be yelled at.

      Too much unnecessary paperwork. Customer focus rather than child focus. Too much time focusing on completing paperworks rather than for children
