      Pros

      Salary wise is a little on the low side as compared to other commercialized childcares in Singapore. However, in terms of benefits like 13th month bonus and performance bonus as well as leave, medical leave and dental, MFS is rather generous.

      Cons

      This really depends on your outlet and Principal. The experience varies from centre to centre.

      Pros

      Friendly colleagues. Many opportunities for training that we can apply for ourselves, though need to seek approval from centre principal, if its within centre budget. Good benefits. Online HR that handles all the annual leaves, sick leaves, childcare leaves, family care leaves, etc, as well as OT claims.

      Cons

      A lot of workload especially for SkoolReady classes (Nursery, K1 and K2). Some centres have high ratio of children to 1 teacher. If you are teaching the maximum class size, you most probably won't have time to complete all the documentation work during working hours and would always need to stay back and finish up every other day to complete the work.
