The only good thing about working here are my friendly colleagues

Cons

Outdated systems and too much pressure to upsell. It's hard too work in a place where innovation and improvements are not welcome. The company would rather spend on other things than to spend on systems upgrade which they think is just a waste of money. Aside from that, there's too much pressure to upsell. They want us to have an aggressive type of selling which I don't like to.
