Pros

The pay and benefits are decent and there's free snacks and coffee.

Cons

The management doesn't care much about how employees are doing. Working here can be very exhausting. We're always overworked. The work doesn't seem to end. There's just too much things to do that we couldn't fit in a day. But what's worst is that, we all feel unappreciated by the management. We don't get recognized for our extra efforts and hard work.
