Work is more than we can handle

Pros

We get paid full amount for the overtime and work we've done, and we make good money form it.

Cons

The amount of repairs and services we receive everyday is already more than we can handle. The management expects us to get all things done though they know that it is impossible. We would then get angry and complaining clients due to the delays.
