There are some discounts for employees.

Cons

The managers here have an obnoxious management style. They are micromanagers who watch every single thing that the employees do. The managers like to monitor everything, even though they aren't really contributing anything. Also, they are too strict when it comes to taking breaks.

Everyone is driven at NTB. We are a stable company that is moving upwards. This is a good chance for individuals to thrive for as long as they are excelling at what they do. The perks are indeed beneficial too! We have a paid vacation, and a healthcare coverage. We are also entitle for technical trainings. Great work experience, indeed!
