Money is good. No cap on commission. Management is very smart and easy to work for.

Open sunday. That is about it. I enjoyed my time there

Not always busy.. 55 hour week minimum.. No home life. Have to do tire tech without getting paid for it.

None really, the pay sounds great on paper but for the demands they have its not enough.

Cons

Th company classifies it's managers as satires exempt but requires them to work 55 hours weekly at a MINIMUM! They will deduct your pay if you don't clock the hours or if you don't work 5 days a week. They get away with it because of how their bonus incentive program works. The "Coaching and Development" is a joke. Their HEAR line is supposed to assist with ethical issues but all it does is paints a targer on your back. District staff curse and yells on a regular basis as a form of "motivation"..... By far the worse company inhale ever worked for
