Company benifits are great other than that there isn't a single pro about this company or leadership staff

Cons

Okay the leadership is horrible all the way up the ladder to the top. All they ever do is say how much they pay you. Really guys you can make more somewhere else doing half the hours. Not to mention they really pay their guys under me really bad. Not sure how they feed their families off that income. So if you're looking to go no where fast join this company.

The ability to make decent money, MOST peers are honest, hard working people.

Cons

Pay scales for commissioned sales employees were changed 4 times in my 2 years. Every time pay scale changed, upper management would rave about how much better off we were... Most employees lost money each time. Employees are docked pay for warranty jobs, even if they did not sell the original work. The company urges that this is he time to sell more services to make up for it. I personally was promised a particular number for pay raise, 3 months later was was being called a liar and then offered a lower than discussed raise. (Even though I was lying about the promised raise?)
