Pros

Good pay (17% commission on tickets for mechanics with 1 ASE, up to 18%). Comprehensive benefits and if you are a salaried or hourly mgr or mechanic you are eligible at the first of the month after you sign on. Ability to move up in the company (at least at my store).

Insane hours, benefits are expensive and not that great

Cons

You will work over 50 hours a week. They expect so much out of you, but do not give you any assistance. Upper Management does not care about you all they care about is the numbers. You are demanded to work on your days off. This is the perfect job if you have no life and no family.
