Pros

Good people to work with in the management area. You are able to acquire People and sales skills if you are in the front.

Cons

The people they hire for the oil and tire jobs are, well not the brightest. Company will not let individual store managers do what they need to do to make the store great. The store I worked at didn't have a battery charger or Jump box. Hello National Tire and "BATTERY" when I asked why I was told there is no $$$$$ in charging batteries. Never had change in the cash drawer, Always had to go next door to the Parts Store to get change.

Great money, decent health insurance, just expensive.

Cons

No work/ home life balance. Worked 120+ hours a week. Constant yelling from corporate and wanting to focus on a different product every day. The company does not care about its employees or the customers best intrest, just the bottom line. Absolutley no training, but they will still hold you responsible.
