lots of programs to move up in the company, some of the stores do have a great environment to work in.

Cons

corporate is way to involved in day to day operations and they are always changing things and rolling out new flavors of the month that you are constantly reviewed on so if you are a manager you are never good enough.

This job has helped me become a more efficient worker. also helped me clarify my career goals going forward. Great place to start your career from a learning standpoint. summer and spring business is decent$.

Cons

where do I start..constant pressure from management to make quotas. sell sell sell!! , No work life balance, to make decent money you have to work 50 plus hours weekly. Customers want Champaign service for beer money. incompetent/lazy coworkers mostly tire techs..hourly pay is abysmally below industry average for mechanics..
