Relaxed environment, most people are easy to get along with, see and drive new cars, alot of locations flexible schedule

Cons

Management tends to not care about people below them. Not as many leaders. Outside hire and train rather than move up inside employees as often.

The pay and the benefits are great. Better than most of the competitors. Potential for growth is very high as well

Cons

Once you begin working for this company you basically give your life to them . Prepare to work many long hours, several of your schedule days off and be given absolutely no help whatsoever when things go awry .
