Always short staff. Upper Management is never satisfied. Cooperate is always up management so they take that on us. There is never a dull moment when you hear a complaint from both company and customer. Company does not take care of their employees. High turn over rate. You have to live there pretty much. I have never expierence anything good working there. They are racist. They like to say they “promote” employees but in truth, they teach them what they want them to know so they do the work but never promote them. I worked there for 3 years. In 1 year I was without a manager. I had to do every position there and never got the credit or money to do that. With that being said during that year I expeierence 3 district managers and 4 managers changes.
