      Good benefits, low pay, inconsistent work load

      Pros

      The benefits (insurance, PTO, etc) are pretty good. For the most part, it's a good team environment.

      Cons

      The workload is really inconsistent. One week you could be sitting around with nothing to do, and the next week you are working 12+ hr days and barely keeping your head above water. Most are underpaid based on the market standard, and they try to guilt-trip you out of asking for more money by saying "You are paid more than most." They tell this to everyone, and it isn't true. HR is a mess.

      Great concept, atrocious onboarding

      Great company history, great customer portfolio

      Cons

      Not sure how they have stayed afloat this long. Abysmal onboarding- you are not being set up for success. None of the processes work, starting from salary to expense claims to holiday allowance. Everything needs to be chased several times before it is right.

Efforts are currently underway to automate a number of the on boarding processes which include system update’s on the existing employee portal and a number of improvements have already been made including orientation video tutorials on processes such as submitting expense claims, booking leave, processing of benefits etc. We endeavor to make the on boarding of new staff as efficient as possible and welcome staff feedback direct to your manager or the HR team.       unhealthy, unbalanced, and illogical work environment

      Pros

      The benefits are good. The pay is somewhat reasonable—make sure to fight for what you’re worth when/if you want to get in. They enjoy underpaying staff when they can. Semi-open office concept. It is at an okay location, just in the basement of a building that’s in constant need of repair.

      Cons

      There are strange deadlines and assignments that are vague and constantly changing. It’s easy to get stressed and depressed if you’re not careful. You’re also treated as just a worker/computer, not a human with a life and family outside of work. They will do their best to make you work ILLEGAL overtime. That is as much overtime as they can suck out of you for no pay. You have to fight your way out of doing overtime or suffer through it, your choice.
