      Staff discount Some lovely individuals work there

      Cons

      Seeing staff being made to cry, the abuse, having to pay for uniform when on minimum wage, lack of hours, being made to work extra over and above hours yet on minimum wage

      I dont have any pros really, the discount is ok.

      Cons

      - not aloud in December or sale times - given shifts that you didn’t agree too - forget christmas when you work here youll not get one - management are very tough on you - no consideration for students! Management believe that the company come before your studies - never praised for work - dont get trained properly

      Benefits.. staff discounts, extra day holiday for every year .. nursery on site ... car share incentives ... company cars for management .. staff perks discounts .. pensions.

      Cons

      People have been there to long and are stuck in their ways. Structure needs to be flattened and management need to empower staff as it doesn’t allow teams to react quickly. HR team never fully close cases and I don’t feel they give enough support when you need them.
