Lovely team members. Everyone is really friendly. Good discount and the working wardrobe allowance is definitely a great pro:) I made some great friends working there.

Cons

One of the managers is extremely rude to staff. I use to dread working with her and I wasn’t the only one who felt like that. I frequently overheard her badmouthing other members of staff. She constantly talked down to us and not once did I hear her praise anyone. I couldn’t take it any longer and found another job elsewhere. I was a bit suspicious at first, because everyone was new. I don’t think many stay long term.

Some managers treatment of their employees is appalling, Complaints lead to nothing ever being done: And that's why turnover is ridiculous at this store.

Pros

Some genuinely passionate and skilful colleagues. Company performance is consistently impressive. Decent discounts on clothing and homeware. Onsite coffee shop and restaurant are well priced.

Cons

Lack of WFH flexibility. Plenty of finger pointing when things go wrong. Successes aren't celebrated. Little scope for career progression. Salary and rewards below par, especially when head office bonus isn't paid.
