      Pros

      Work Environment was good, especially in our team. I had many friends within and outside my team. We also had Yoga classes to keep us fit :-)

      Cons

      Training is not up to the mark. And, HR Team is small and does not do much other than operations.

      Small company with focus towards service NEC Japan only. Not a true service based company

      Pros

      - Is still a small company and has an above average set of projects available in its kitty - An extension of NEC Japan, this is an outsourced center for NEC. Thus, you get to work on many technologies across the board. This gives enough scope for a person to learn - Being new, it gives out handsome doles in terms of money and perks

      Cons

      - As it is small, the pyramid of management is flat - leading to lesser accountability and more of 'my way is the right way' kind of decision - Clarity of what the company is upto is missing - being private, it has no obligations to share its financial as well as business achievement and targets. And management knows this fact - Long term vision missing. It is mostly short team quarterly vision, that too from the lower management - more out of formality than need. - non-influencing leadership
