      Pros

      Work Environment was too good, especially in our team. I had many friends within and outside my team. It was a great learning experience Management is easily approachable though of no use.

      Cons

      No technical and soft skills training. HR Team is small and does not do much other than operations. Lot of favoritism and politics Lesser salaries than industry standard and lot of work and stress.
