      Moving deckchairs with constant change of leaders and regular half year layoffs.

      Great communications engineering history and still some capability.

      Cons

      Forgotten it own products. MD doesn't seem to have any content or knowledge of traditional NEC capabilities. Strategy seems to be sell anything other than NEC product yet we haven't seen success just contract renewals

      Company name is big in IT industry. Working environment is just ok. Very small office.

      It is a well-established company in Japan. Has a big name, or it used to have? At least it is quite well known.

      Cons

      No dynamic working environment. Conservative business style. Low salary. People can only say yes to boss. No innovation or resolution.
