Friendly Management. Small company feel in a Large company. Enough oppurtunities and expertise in the company that help you and is good to learn from. most people I have come in contact with have always been very free with the guidance for my proffessional and personal development.

Cons

Cascading of information always seems limited. Strategic outlook is sometimes overlooked for meeting current targets which in the long term is not very good.
