-- You will come to get in touch with lots of good technical stuff as NEC has diversify domain expertise. -- Good people to work with -- Work-life balance is project dependent. -- timing is good (8:10 to 5.10 ) -- The Mid level leaders and architectures are friendly and knowledgeable.
Cons
I have put some good points in "Pro", but like to fill this section too.. I don't want to put a generic review, rather I like this review to helpful for someone who is already with testing profile. - Remember , Testing is a Grade B profile in this organization. Probably this culture flows from Higher Management only. - So the growth , perks , compensation all will be in second line. - Onsite opportunity for testing effort is also very less. - You can see , with same effort , your are far behind than your developer friends. - There is no defined growth path for someone who is testing. - There is no industry standard tools / techniques. You will excel in "Microsoft Word/ excel "
