- Good learning scope as you get opportunities to work on lot of new technologies - Good mentors are available to help you when you are stuck - Senior management is easily approachable to hear about your discomforts if any - A decent package if you deserve the same

Cons

- There is a lot of politics which you will have to bypass to showcase what you are doing - You might be told to work on technologies you are not really interested in as per the requirement - Late stay culture makes work-life balance difficult

Cab service, company parties, onsite opportunity for butterer,you can easily learn politics.

I will be tired if I write full list...few listed below, 1--No work life balance.. 2--75 hour working in a weak, you will hardly get your weekend. 3--Poor senior management and glamorous Hr dept. 4-- Desi manager-- don't know how to talk with team, uncultured, unskilled. 5-- Demotivated environment, frusted employees, poor management is all about. 6-- too much politics, uneasy to handle.
