Pros

Many affiliates so possible to move around an find the right fit. Also have good benefits package but may have changed a lot since the company was acquired by Comcast

Cons

You have to wait 24 months before you can apply for a new position . Periodic Self evaluations can be tedious but are needed if you want to move up in the company.

Great people. Clear vision of what they're looking for. They trust the people they hire for the job.

Cons

Unpredictable nature of picking up a series for an additional season makes planning your personal life very difficult.
