Pros

- Great things to work on; - Smart people work there; - High profile gig; - Opportunities to be part of some of the most well-known and well recognized content and characters in the country and the world; Movie screenings.

Cons

- Political; - Comcast installed corporate rules from the 1990s; - No real ability to move from job to job internally. Some managers are allowed to micromanage.

Pros

Co-workers are nice, especially those who were there for a long, long time

Cons

Management level directly below CEO focus solely on themselves and have little regard for their employees. It's no longer the employee oriented place it used to be.

Pros

Great people. NBC hires very well. They also train up well, grooming people for the next level.

Cons

They are beholden to their stock holders, which means some decisions may not make sense from a productivity, staffing or best practice standpoint, but it squeezes out a little more money and so gets done.
