There are a lot of working moms who understand when things come up. You feel welcome even though they will not hold your hand through the process.

Cons

It is a little tough to break into the corporate cliques that form. Everyone is friendly but finding a niche is the best way to spend all your work days.

The good things about working for NBCUni are relatively stable competitive compensation and great benefits. Fringe benefits and good coworkers are added bonuses that make it worth while.

Cons

The few things that might be "cons" for some people might be the locations you'd be working, or the pace of work in this particular industry.
