Pros

Nice benefits, decent salary. Stated company values are great. I especially appreciate that they try to be somewhat earth conscious or "green". NBCUniversal is a big company, so it makes a great deal of difference where you work. I worked for a broadcast television station and liked it a lot. I had talented coworkers and management.

Cons

It can be very "corporate". They have a pretty typical annual evaluation system for raises/promotions, which I don't find to be particularly useful or a good measure of success/worth. Work culture can be stressful and overly demanding at times.

Pros

benefits, pay, great networking, amazing environment

Cons

long hours, the promotions are very hard to get, it just depends on how much your working in other areas, making yourself known.
