Pros

Generally sallerys are competitive even though there are descrapencys in pay rates between different divisions for people doing exactly the same tasks. Exposure to cutting edge of technology is has always been a priority within the company.

Cons

There is a clear class structure between divisions, an upstairs downstairs mentality is pevalent with employes openly hostile to members outside their group. There is deep resentment of engineering staff by the editorial staff.
