Pros

Good salary, stability, thats pretty much it. And the good salary is not worth it, you'll be depressed pretty much the first day you step in that place.

Cons

So many dead weight who gets in the way of you actually doing your job. You just feel that you're surrounded by idiots who are "managers" and "VPs" just because they're there the longest. Everybody's throwing each other under the bus to get promoted. It's just hell!
