Pros

Great place for advancement and very supportive business groups. Opportunities to work outside of your normal day to day on volunteer projects as well

Cons

No cons, again, great place to work. People are smart, driven, and believe in the company. In recent years a lot of smart decisions have been made that have provided rapid growth and the #1 network on TV.

Starts off strong but doesn't keep the excitement.

Pros

I loved being able to go to USH whenever I wanted and I loved the access to events and the different programs offered for health and wellness.

Cons

The scheduling was so annoying. They hired so many people so often that other employees got hours cut. The wage is terrible. With Universal being such a moneymaker, they could afford to pay their people a living wage. Happy staff, happy customers.

Pros

Good salary, benefits and lots of vacation and personal time. The people are also very friendly and it is a great work environment.

Cons

There really aren't any cons to my job.
