Pros

A company that still must deal with union negotiations, protecting the employee from total abuse.

Cons

With all the hype on quality of programing and content none of the programs can achieve true quality with out the talents of men and women who help to produce the products for air. Technology has dummed up the process in achieving a product.

Pros

-Great benefits and perks -Good work/life balance. Management very accommodating and hours can be flexible -Opportunity to grow and move around in the company -Being in NYC, there are a lot of events that happen in Rockefeller Center. Very fun to be involved with and experience those events -Company culture is great, work hard but also take time to have fun. Don't take ourselves too seriously

Cons

-VERY large company, voice can be lost in the mix sometimes -Bureaucracy can make it difficult to move up quickly
