Pros

The company has wonderful benefits and provides employees with a real chance to grow their career.

Cons

There are a ton of changes that occur that some areas of the business may benefit from more than others, yet a universal approach is often taken.

Coolest Internship Ever!

Pros

I was part of NBC Universal Diversity Fellowship Program. 1. Very through. 2. Wonderful overall experience. 3. Will have a detail idea about how a major television production works. 4. It's paid where hardly any internship are and you get to have awesome food. 5. When it's on your resume, people call you up for interviews. 6. Great opportunity and foot on the door for people from diversified background.

Cons

I had a great experience and no complains at all.
